Responsibilities
● Attend and learn from calls with founders and investors, gaining real-world exposure
to pitch evaluation and investor thinking.
● Source exciting early-stage startups, keeping a pulse on emerging trends, especially
across Europe.
● Conduct commercial and market research across sectors, identifying market trends,
competitors, and whitespace.
● Assist in analysing pitch decks, business models and providing clear written and verbal
insights.
● Build or assist with financial models, stress-testing unit economics, and helping
evaluate financial sustainability.
● Attend industry events, demo days, and meetups to scout founders/ investors and
build your network.
● Monitor portfolio companies, helping identify areas where they could benefit from VC
support, especially around distribution, data, and growth.
● Evaluate startup traction through a social media and content lens, understanding how
distribution and online presence influence startup outcomes.
● Work on ad hoc tasks in operations, legal, financial modelling or reporting when
required.
● Contribute to internal processes like fundraising, LP reporting, and our data platform.
● Leverage and experiment with AI tools and agentic technologies to drive efficiency
and insight in workflows.
