Sikta has been at the forefront of AI-led and digital transformation for some of the world’s leading companies throughout her career. She has successfully developed and executed strategies that optimize operations and align businesses with the rapidly evolving technological landscape.
She is now a Certified Business and Leadership coach through programs accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). She is now on a mission to positively impact at least 1 billion lives over the next five years, assisting individuals to lead more balanced lives - digitally, emotionally & materialistically.
Sikta holds a Master’s in Business Administration equivalent from the Indian School of Business (ISB), specializing in Leadership Strategy and Finance. She also has a Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering. Her commitment to learning is evident through her certifications in TOGAF 9, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and more. She has also ventured into filmmaking and fine arts, producing short films and anchoring on TV.
Currently, Sikta works as a Business Consultant and Business Coach, using her vast
experience to help organizations and individuals thrive in today’s dynamic environment. Her
unique blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and deep understanding of human
